fa Reproductive Health Reproductive Health نامه به سردبیر Letter to the editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>&nbsp;</b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Infertility affects approximately one in six people worldwide, making medication safety an essential component of high-quality fertility care. During IVF/ICSI, ovarian stimulation is largely managed at home, requiring patients to prepare, dose, store, and administer individualized medications, often following brief instruction. Available evidence suggests that medication related difficulties may be more common than clinicians recognize, involving dosing, communication, dispensing, and injection device use. Importantly, medication adherence should not be equated with medication safety. A safer approach requires ongoing education, demonstration and teach-back, accessible professional support, and confidential, nonpunitive reporting of medication errors and near misses.
