fa Reproductive Health Reproductive Health نامه به سردبیر Letter to the editor <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>&nbsp;</b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Infertility affects approximately one in six people worldwide, making medication safety an essential component of high-quality fertility care. During IVF/ICSI, ovarian stimulation is largely managed at home, requiring patients to prepare, dose, store, and administer individualized medications, often following brief instruction. Available evidence suggests that medication-related difficulties may be more common than clinicians recognize, involving dosing, communication, dispensing, and injection device use. Importantly, medication adherence should not be equated with medication safety. A safer approach requires ongoing education, demonstration and teach-back, accessible professional support, and confidential, nonpunitive reporting of medication errors and near misses.
